⏳ How Long Do I Have to Return?
You may return any eligible item within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
📦 Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In original condition — unused, unworn, and undamaged
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied.
📬 How to Start a Return
Simply contact us at contact@mustizone.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return label and full instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, reach out to us immediately. We’ll fix the issue — no delays, no hassle.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Beauty, hygiene or personal care products
- Flammable, hazardous, or restricted items
- Gift cards and final sale items
🔁 Need a Different Item?
If you'd like a different size or product, the quickest solution is to return the original and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
💸 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
